This drive-in has been around as long as I can remember. When I was a child, there was often company at our cabin. My dad would reach his people limit and would inevitably drive into town on a Saturday afternoon (usually for ice though often liquor if the number of guests was a higher number). One hot July afternoon after scoring me a Dum Dum from the liquor store, he drove us to this place and we had ice cream cones before going back to the lake. That still might be the best ice cream cone I ever had, certainly the one I remember most.
